Fans Show Support For Trump, Singing Happy Birthday

According to a report, after former president Donald Trump exited his arraignment on Tuesday in Miami, his supporters sang “Happy Birthday” to him at a nearby restaurant.

Trump was detained by the DOJ of President Joe Biden after Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted him on 37 counts for the alleged mishandling of more than 300 classified papers. On Tuesday afternoon, the former president flew to Miami for his arraignment, where he subsequently entered a not-guilty plea.

Trump was greeted by a large group of cheering fans at the famous Cuban café “Versailles Restaurant” in Miami.

The crowd wished him and sang “Happy Birthday,” as captured on camera. Trump thanked them and called them a group of people.

On Wednesday, the ex-president turned 77 years old.

Senior advisor Jason Miller posted a video of the scene, showing that another large group of fans greeted Trump as he left the restaurant. Trump waved to the audience and shook their hands as they held up placards and yelled, “We love you!”

While accusing the government of disregarding Biden’s secret materials case, Trump initially revealed the charges in a Truth Social posting on June 8.

Reports revealed that on November 2nd, 2022,  just days before the midterm elections, the Biden Administration kept secret that classified papers were found at the Penn Biden Center,  where Biden had an office. In Biden’s private Delaware garage, officials found additional classified documents from December 2022 through January 2023.

According to CBS News’ Catherine Herridge, sources familiar with Trump’s legal team say they are developing a legal plan to investigate Special Counsel Jack Smith’s case.

Herridge said that Trump’s lawyers probably expect limited information to examine the special counsel’s case and the evidence’s strength.

According to Catherine Herridge, President Trump’s legal team has two main goals: filing a request to dismiss based on charges of prosecutorial misconduct and having Eric Corcoran’s notes removed from the case.

The order of Obama appointee Judge Beryl Howell erasing Trump’s privilege as a client of his lawyer Eric Corcoran will be unsealed, and Trump’s attorneys will petition Judge Aileen Cannon to do so.
