These 3 Factors Will Decide If Trump Can Win!

Donald Trump has again filed to run for President of the United States. However, many questions remain about his chances to be the 47th president.

Trump has several legal challenges facing him. In January of this year, Judge Manuel Merchan ruled against the Trump Organization and imposed a $.16 million fine for tax evasion by some of the organization’s corporate officers.

The same Judge Merchan has been assigned to the contentious hush money “Stormy Daniels” case against the ex-president.

Trump is facing a rape charge filed against him by Elle Magazine columnist E. Jean Carol scheduled to go to trial on April 25 of this year.

Trump faces a $250 million lawsuit for fraud and deceptive business practices by New York Attorney General Letitia James.

There’s also the Mar-a-Lago FBI raid and the possession of classified documents.

The question facing voters is if these charges are vacated could Donald Trump still win?

The 2024 Election results will depend on the following three questions.

First. can Trump survive this many court actions in Democrat-dominated New York, where finding an unbiased jury is questionable?

Second, can Trump raise funds needed to finance a third presidential run? Since the Alvin Bragg indictment, Trump has added over $10 million to his war chest.

He’s also leading in every GOP political poll against any potential undeclared candidates, with his most likely challenger to be Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

Third, considering the double-digit lead Trump enjoys, will any Republican take on the front-runner? If he runs afoul of his legal issues, will his base move to other candidates?

Many Democrats feel that despite Joe Biden’s insistence he will run again, he keeps moving his declaration announcement down the calendar. Democrats currently hold the Senate 51-49, but in 2024 twenty-three Democrat Senators will be up for reelection against only 10 Republicans. Biden could cost Democrats control of the Senate.

Prominent Democrat Bobby Kennedy Jr. has thrown his hat in the ring to take on Joe Biden. Marianne Williamson, a self-help author who’s unsuccessfully run before, has also decided to give it another run.
