America’s illegal immigration crisis has reached unprecedented levels, with a shocking 18.6 million undocumented immigrants now living in the United States according to a shocking new investigation. At least we finally have the real number after a decade of Democrats claiming it was less than 10 million…
At a glance:
- The illegal alien population has surged by 28% since December 2020, reaching a record 18.6 million
- Approximately 225,000-250,000 “anchor babies” are born annually, accounting for 7% of all U.S. births
- The Biden administration’s policies allowed for rapid entry of migrants, overwhelming traditional counting methods
- President Trump signed an Executive Order limiting birthright citizenship to children of American citizens and legal residents
- Trump’s Department of Homeland Security plans to retool a migrant mobile app for self-deportation purposes
Border Crisis Reaches Historic Levels
The Federation for American Immigration Reform (FAIR) has released alarming new data showing America now hosts approximately 18.6 million illegal aliens, the highest number ever recorded. This represents an 11% increase from June 2023 alone, highlighting the accelerating crisis under current leadership.
And these are only best estimates…
The illegal alien population has skyrocketed by more than 4 million people since December 2020, marking a 28% increase during the Biden administration’s tenure. Census Bureau data reveals officials missed counting nearly 2 million foreign nationals between mid-2021 and mid-2023, further demonstrating the administration’s failure to track the true scope of the crisis.
But the Biden administration told us the border was secure! They couldn’t possibly have been lying, could they?

“Anchor Baby” Problem Continues Unabated
While illegal immigration surges, “anchor babies” are still being born every day, with an estimated 225,000 to 250,000 born to illegal aliens in 2023 alone. These children automatically receive U.S. citizenship under current interpretations of the 14th Amendment, despite their parents’ illegal status.
President Donald Trump has taken decisive action on this issue, signing an Executive Order to limit birthright citizenship specifically to children of American citizens and legal permanent residents. The move has garnered strong support among American voters who recognize the strain these policies place on taxpayer-funded services.
The Trump administration has outlined a comprehensive strategy to address both illegal immigration and the anchor baby phenomenon through systematic deportations and policy reforms. The Department of Homeland Security is developing innovative solutions, including retooling a migrant mobile app to facilitate self-deportation. Biden’s “CBP One” app is now known as “CBP Home,” and it is literally helping illegal aliens organize their own deportation.
There’s a lot of work left to do, but the Trump administration is hellbent on ensuring that as much of this mess is fixed in the next four years as possible. But can we really get rid of 18 million people?
