(PatrioticPost.com)- A top Democrat donor in California was just found guilty on charges of giving methamphetamine to two men who ultimately died of overdoses. Ed Buck, a California donor known to most high-profile officials in the Democrat Party, was found guilty on all of the nine felony counts against him, which included two counts of distributing a controlled substance that resulted in death.
Both of these counts carry a minimum sentence of 20 years in federal prison.
It follows the deaths of 26-year-old Gemmel Moore, who died in his apartment in Hollywood in 2017, and Timothy Dean, a 55-year-old who died in the very same apartment in January of 2019.
Buck was finally arrested when a third man was given methamphetamine and overdosed in the apartment in September of 2019. Thankfully he survived, but escaped the building and told the authorities.
If you feel like you’ve heard the name “Ed Buck” before, then you probably have. The popular Democrat donor has given $53,000 to Democratic candidates of various stripes since 2008. He donated to failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton as well as former President Barack Obama. Other Democrats to benefit from Buck’s money include California Reps. Ted Lieu and Adam Schiff.
After pleading not guilty to all nine felony counts, a jury deliberated for four hours following the trial, which lasted two weeks. The jury came back with a guilty verdict, and he will now move on to the sentencing process.
The mother of Gemmel Moore described the decision as “bittersweet,” stating that Buck’s expected sentencing is a “victory.”
Buck was accused of luring men into the apartment with the purpose of engaging in sexual acts, using methamphetamine to keep them around. He was found guilty of preparing syringes that contained the drug and, on occasion, injected his victims without their permission. He is even accused of injecting men with illegal drugs while they were unconscious.
That’s one more Democrat monster locked up.
