The Daily Caller spoke with Eddie Travers, owner of NYC’s oldest restaurant, Fraunces Tavern, about Gov. Cuomo’s latest COVID-19 restrictions. Shortly before New York’s first big snowstorm of the winter, Cuomo banned all indoor dining following a rise of COVID cases in the city. Travers said he’s worried about whether the restaurant, which has previously survived a bombing, Hurricane Sandy and much more throughout its over 250-year history, will make it through the pandemic.
