(PatrioticPost.com)- Following the collapse of the Democratic government of Afghanistan and the takeover of the Jihadist Taliban, the newly appointed leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, spoke to the people of the country and laid down the new rules.
Remember, Joe Biden allowed this to happen.
Mullah Baradar recorded a video that was aired nationally in which he congratulated Taliban fighters for an “unexpected victory,” speaking from the former presidential palace in Kabul. He said that following this new victory against the Americans, it’s not time to “test” and to show how they can serve the people of Afghanistan to ensure the “best possible” future.
This is coming from hardline Jihadists, so by “best,” they don’t mean “free.”
According to a Reuters report, within a matter of hours of the takeover of Kabul, extremist Taliban fighters went door to door, looking for people who may have helped the Americans and the old Democratic regime, and even confiscated weapons.
If their first act after taking control of Kabul is taking the weapons away from the citizens, then things don’t exactly bode well for the future…
A Taliban official told Reuters that they understand people previously kept weapons for their own personal safety, but now they can “feel safe.”
“We are not here to harm innocent civilians,” the official added.
That’s where we are now. The people of Afghanistan, who enjoyed freedom and relative equality beforehand, are now victims of some of the most extreme Jihadists in the world…and President Joe Biden gifted them millions of dollars of military equipment before the U.S. military completed its withdrawal.
