(PatrioticPost.com)- Ukrainian cities are being bombarded by Russian artillery and missiles steadily. In addition, a major apartment complex in Chasiv Yar was entirely leveled by a missile. At least 15 people were killed in the incident while rescue workers combed through the debris, looking for survivors.
Five people have already been rescued from the ruins. According to eyewitnesses on the site, rescue crews have made touch with several people trapped deep beneath the wreckage.
Donetsk Oblast’s Chasiv Yar is around 12 kilometers back from the front lines, where Russia is likely to launch its next onslaught soon.
Vladimir Putin’s forces also claimed to have destroyed a storehouse in Kostantinovka, Ukraine, that had American-made M-777 howitzers, according to the Ukrainian governor of the region, Pavlo Kyrylenko.
Russia should be labeled as a state supporter of terrorism, according to President Zelensky’s chief of staff, Andriy Yermak, who called the incident “another terrorist attack.”
The Russian military is conducting enormous artillery and missile assaults on primarily residential locations, including Bakhmut, Kramatorsk, Sloviansk, Druzhkivka, and Kostiantynivka, in preparation for the next phase of their planned operation to conquer the industrial core of the Donbas. A number of smaller towns and villages have also been affected.
Nearly everyone in Chasiv Yar’s residential block was asleep when the missiles targeted it at 9:00 p.m. So precise targeting was complex since the rockets were not precision-guided. It was part of a broader Russian strategy to weaken the people’s resistance.
Volodymyr Zelensky, the Ukrainian president, claimed that the Russian army had deliberately attacked people once more.
‘It shot directly towards the residential area – completely intentionally, knowingly, at regular residences and civilian items,’ he added in a public statement.
A week after Andriy Melynk, who had served as Ukraine’s ambassador to Germany since 2014, was removed for defending a World War II nationalist leader’s collaboration with Nazi Germany in an interview, President Zelensky fired him. He added that ambassadors to India, the Czech Republic, Norway, and Hungary would all be replaced by fresh ambassadorial appointees.
“This rotation is a standard element of the diplomatic procedure,” he said in a statement, unlike the termination of Melnyk.
Stepan Bandera, the head of the far-right Ukrainian Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists during WWII, was supported by Melnyk on “Jung and Nai” on June 29. The organization accepted fascist philosophy and worked with German soldiers throughout the occupation of Ukraine. Even though many of its troops aided in the roundup and mass murder of Poles and Jews, including Bandera himself, who was seized and incarcerated by the Nazis early in 1941, Bandera had nothing to do with it.
Before Russia invaded, Melnyk was an enthusiastic advocate of Germany and the West, providing more robust and powerful armaments to Ukraine. Olaf Scholz, the German Chancellor, was once likened to an “offended liverwurst sausage” by him for not visiting Ukraine.
