(PatrioticPost.com)- During a Fox News interview on Tuesday, former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley attacked Democratic Attorney General Letitia James of New York for leaking a tax document.
In a statement to Fox News host Dana Perino, Haley explained that Stand for America has a newsletter they put out every day, and we got notified that our donors were going to get leaked to the press, which is a state and federal tax violation. The group examined the final page from what the media showed, which had the New York State Attorney General’s office mark. It was leaked. That office informed the press. Haley stated that they wouldn’t cry about it or moan about it. They will fight.
According to reports, a report from Politico was based on an unredacted tax return from Haley’s company. The paper has a stamp from the Charities Bureau of the New York State Attorney General’s Office.
Haley announced she is launching a lawsuit against the New York State Attorney General’s Agency and asking Merrick Garland to look into that office because she believes it is guilty of a federal tax felony. Haley doesn’t think he will do that, but she will make him account for it. She believes this indicates that they are attempting to frighten Conservatives.
Haley also mentioned other probes by James that she believed to be politically motivated against former President Trump, the NRA, and pro-life groups.
Reports show that in March, a judge decided that James could not ask for the NRA to be dissolved, giving the gun rights group a court victory. James put pressure on Google in June to control search results and remove listings for crisis pregnancy centers.
Haley told Perino she wouldn’t put up with it any longer. You never see leaks coming out of the ACLU or Planned Parenthood. These things only ever seem to happen to Conservatives. There is no justification for this criminality that the New York State Attorney General may break both state and federal tax laws at the same time.
That depends on judges and how friendly they are with Leticia James, doesn’t it?
