Judge Unseals Portion Of Trump FBI Raid Details

(PatrioticPost.com)- More portions of the Department of Justice (DOJ) affidavit used to obtain an FBI search warrant of former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence were unsealed last week by a federal judge. It revealed that the former commander-in-chief turned over Human Intelligence Control Systems and Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) materials.

According to reports, in the uploaded new version of the affidavit, the government did not identify what the materials comprised. More of the court document was released, albeit most of it was still redacted.

An FBI agent whose name was withheld said earlier this year claimed that he allegedly observed markings that read HCS (Human Intelligence Control Systems), FISA, ORCON (originator controlled), NOFORN (not for release to foreign nationals), and SI (special intelligence).

The probe was sparked by a referral by the National Archives and Data Administration, which said it discovered secret documents when Trump transferred records to the agency in January.

Reports show that the information was reportedly obtained after FBI agents conducted a preliminary assessment of 15 boxes sent to the National Archives and Records Administration by Trump, identifying specific papers with classified markings from May 16 to May 18 this year. There were 184 papers with alleged classification marks, including 92 allegedly tagged “secret” and 25 marked “top secret.”

Trump and officials of his administration have stated that he had a standing declassification order while in office and that he declassified all of the papers collected by the FBI. Trump cited a memorandum on his last day in office stating that he would declassify information related to the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation.

As part of their investigation into whether Trump collaborated with Russia, the FBI secured orders from a FISA court to electronically wiretap former Trump campaign staffer Carter Page. The FBI eventually admitted to relying on now-discredited evidence in a series of memos and notes produced by former UK spy Christopher Steele, who was doing opposition research on Trump during the 2016 campaign. The DOJ eventually ruled that some of the warrants used to eavesdrop on Page were illegal.

Former White House advisor Kash Patel told the media that he believes some of the documents had to do with Russiagate and the Hillary Clinton email scandal. All of it is declassified.

The FBI will do anything to keep the attention off of Joe Biden and his family.
