Hunter Biden Spotted Hanging Out With Dad At White House

(PatrioticPost.com)- President Biden and his wife hosted French President Emmanuel Macron at a White House state dinner a week ago. There were more than 300 guests, including Hollywood celebrities and Biden’s son, Hunter, according to The New York Post.

The lavish meal featured Maine lobsters specially flown into the White House for the occasion. Celebrities like actresses Jennifer Garner and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, singer John Legend, and television personalities, such as CBS “Late Show” host Stephen Colbert, “Morning Joe” hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski and “Good Morning America” co-anchor Robin Roberts, were among those invited to the event.

Other politicians joined as well, including Senator Chuck Schumer who was reportedly followed by anti-trust legislation protestors.

Two House Republicans Kevin McCarthy and Steve Scalise joined the dinner as well, although McCarthy declined to comment on if the evening will be awkward dining next to Hunter Biden ahead of investigations into the president and his son’s alleged business dealings.

The first son is reportedly under a federal investigation for tax fraud, money laundering, foreign lobbying, and purchasing a firearm after he lied about his drug use.

In July, Republican Representative James Comer of Kentucky wrote treasury secretary Janet Yellen a letter requesting information on Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings. The letter came as U.S. banks flagged Hunter’s business affairs as suspicious.

“The American people deserve to know whether the President’s connections to his son’s business deals occurred at the expense of the United States’ interests and whether they represent a national security threat,” the letter stated.

While Joe Biden claimed to know nothing about Hunter’s business, a leaked voicemail was uncovered where the then vice-president explicitly asked his son about his dealings overseas, prompting the House to launch an investigation into the president as well.

Attorney General Merrick Garland has reportedly denied requests to appoint a special counsel to oversee the federal investigation into Hunter Biden to prevent potential bias. Garland denied the request despite appointing a special counsel in an investigation into former President Donald Trump.
