(PatrioticPost.com)- On Friday, former President Donald Trump will be in Las Vegas to support Joe Lombardo and Adam Laxalt, two Republican candidates.
The Save America political action committee (PAC) event on July 8 will be held at the Treasure Island resort and casino. At 5 p.m., Lombardo and Laxalt will participate in a panel discussion; at 6 p.m., Trump will deliver a speech.
According to the PAC’s release, Trump will make the America First Agenda remarks during the address. “Additional distinguished guests” will attend in addition to Trump, Lombardo, and Laxalt.
Whether the general public could attend in person was not immediately known. However, the Right Side Broadcasting Network will webcast the event live on YouTube. As of Thursday afternoon, there were no tickets for sale on Trump’s official website.
Democrat Steve Sisolak is the current governor of Nevada and is challenged by Lombardo, the Clark County sheriff. In the Republican primary in June, Lombardo defeated Joey Gilbert by a margin of nearly 11 percentage points, 38.4% to 27.6%.
As of June 15, according to FiveThirtyEight, which offers poll averages that adjust for survey quality, sample size, recentness, and political leanings, Sisolak led Lombardo by 2.1 percentage points.
Laxalt’s campaign aims to defeat Democratic Senator Catherine Cortez Masto. In June, he won the GOP primary with more than 50% of the vote, while Cortez Masto easily won the Democratic primary with almost 90% of the vote.
According to a Future Majority poll taken from June 24 to June 27, Cortez Masto leads Laxalt by three percentage points, 46 percent to 43 percent.
Trump has given prized support to Lombardo and Laxalt.
Trump said in his support letter for Lombardo that Joe will passionately preserve our under-siege Second Amendment, fight sanctuary cities, back our Law Enforcement, reject any leftist tax hike, protect life, and secure our elections.”
Trump praised Laxalt in his endorsement, saying the nominee “fought bravely” against election fraud and supported law enforcement.
According to Trump’s statement, he is strong on Secure Borders and defending America against the Radical Left. Adam has his Wholehearted Endorsement.
The day following his address in Las Vegas, Trump will fly to Anchorage, Alaska, for a rally in favor of various Republicans, including Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy, U.S. House candidate Sarah Palin, and U.S. Senate candidate Kelly Tshibaka.
