Ghislaine Maxwell’s Brother Issues Dire Warnings

( The brother of Ghislaine Maxwell, the socialite former partner of dead millionaire sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, has come out in support of his sister and claims that the system is trying to “break” her in her upcoming trial.

Maxwell is accused of helping Epstein recruit and traffic young women and underage girls, with whom he had sex with or raped.

Ian Maxwell told the Associated Press that she is going through the “most over-hyped trial of the century without a doubt.”

Really? With so many high-profile connections, Epstein’s network grew increasingly concerning over the last few years as his horrible crimes were revealed – and many of those who were close to him even traveled to his many overseas properties where he would rape young girls. And Maxwell, allegedly, knew about it all and even helped him recruit the girls.

That sounds like a pretty massive case.

“This is designed to break her; I can’t see any other way to read it, and she will not be broken because she believes completely in her innocence and she is going to give the best account she can,” Ian Maxwell also said.

59-year-old Ghislaine Maxwell is believed to have groomed girls as young as 14. She has been held in custody for the last 17 months, and has been repeatedly denied bail over fears that she may have hidden wealth that she uses to escape. Some have even speculated she may kill herself in the same way Jeffrey Epstein did.

Prosecutors recently announced that the trial, which becomes in just days, will not be televised and the details of the case will not be made available to the public.

Ian Maxwell claimed during his discussion with AP that his sister is being used by American authorities who just want to hold anyone they can responsible for Epstein’s crimes.

A likely story, huh?
