Feds Arrest Steele Dossier Helper Who Targeted Trump Just Ahead Of 2024

(PatrioticPost.com)- The wheels are finally coming off the Democrats’ “Russia” hoax – but it’s years too late.

Igor Danchenko, a Russian analyst who contributed to the bogus information contained in the Christopher Steele dossier commissioned by Hillary Clinton associates during the 2016 campaign, has finally been arrested by federal authorities. Last Thursday, Danchenko was indicted and charged with five counts of making false statements to the FBI with regards to the fake information about then-candidate Donald Trump.

The Justice Department announced the arrest of Danchenko, describing how the charges in the indictment “stem from statements made by Danchenko relating to the sources he used in providing information to a U.K. investigative firm that prepared what are identified in the indictment as ‘company reports.’”

Danchenko had claimed that he received an anonymous call from somebody within the Obama administration providing information about Trump’s alleged connection to Russia, but the FBI discovered that no such phone call occurred.

The arrest is the latest in a string of indictments expected to come from the special counsel investigation led by John Durham, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump to investigate the origins of the probe into false allegations that Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election.

Danchenko was hired by former British spy Christopher Steele to help collect information that would form the “Steele Dossier.” The document contained a number of false allegations about former President Donald Trump, including bizarre claims that Trump had sex with prostitutes and engaged in strange urine-related sex acts with them, and even speculated that he had a private server that he used to communicate with Russia. All of these allegations were either proven untrue or found to be baseless.
