(PatrioticPost.com)- Valerie Jarrett, a former adviser under the Obama administration and businesswoman, on Wednesday defended teenage girl Ma’Khia Byrant who was shot dead by a police officer in Columbus, Ohio, and Tuesday afternoon.
Jarrett hit out at police officers for shooting the sixteen-year-old girl, despite the fact that she was not only holding a knife…but actively trying to stab someone right before she got shot.
“A Black teenage girl named Ma’Khia Byrant was killed because a police officer immediately decided to shoot her multiple times in order to break up a knife fight,” Jarrett said on Twitter.

Jarrett followed that up with what could easily be interpreted as a call for direct action – and possibly violence – by saying “Fight for justice.”
It remains unclear what Jarrett really means by “fight,” but if the Democrats were being honest when they said that they thought President Donald Trump was inciting violence by telling supporters to “fight like hell,” then presumably they think Jarrett is inciting violence too.
The shooting of Byrant was so obviously necessary, given that she was about to stab someone, that even far-left news personalities Don Lemon and Chris Cuomo defended the police for taking action.
“The initial reports didn’t seem right … you were cautious about it,” Cuomo said to Lemon. ‘You were saying, ‘Huh, I want to see this one, I want to see this.’ Because there was a lot of emotion, understandably, you got a 16-year-old kid that’s gone.”

“It’s a hard one, I do not know how to explain this to people in a way that doesn’t make somebody very angry,” Cuomo added…knowing very well that he is on the verge of being targeted by Black Lives Matter extremists for simply telling the truth.
“When they roll up on the scene, they see people tussling around, someone has a knife, and their job is to protect and serve every life on that scene, and if they see someone who is in the process of taking a life … What decision do they have to make?” Lemon added.
So, why is Jarrett acting like this was some kind of racist shooting?
The Gateway Pundit noted that Jarrett’s comments don’t make any sense based on comments made by her former boss, President Barack Obama, during his 2008 presidency.
“If they bring a knife to the fight, we bring a gun,” Obama said. “Because from what I understand folks in Philly like a good brawl.”
Maybe Jarrett needs to be reminded of that…or just shown the video of the young girl stabbing someone before the police officer shot her.
