(PatrioticPost.com)- On a recent episode of Good Morning America on ABC, Trump counsel Joe Tacopina informed George Stephanopoulos that the former president had no intention of cooperating with a request from a Manhattan, NY grand jury inquiry into a hush money payoff to porn actress Stormy Daniels.
Tacopina affirmed that Donald Trump would not take part in the aforementioned legal action.
ABC News has learned from sources that the Manhattan district attorney’s office is looking into whether Trump falsified business records. It was in regard to a $130,000 payment made by Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen to Daniels before the 2016 presidential election. Prosecutors allege it was made to stop her from speaking of an affair which Trump vehemently denies.
Another lawyer for Trump, Susan Necheles, has met with prosecutors, according to Tacopina.
According to prior ABC News reports, the court confirmed Cohen’s testimony date before the jury.
Tacopina responded that he expected justice to prevail when asked whether he thought Trump would be indicted. He concluded that it was obvious the prosecutor and his staff had an agenda. They have spent the last seven years investigating his private and professional life.
According to a report, Joseph Tacopina discussed with Fox News host Sean Hannity how the New York County District Attorney’s Office was being used against the former President. Tacopina noted that Donald Trump has asked in writing for the DA’s office to be investigated for harassment and malicious prosecution.
Tacopina explained how the DA was very desperate to limit President Trump’s political goals and had looked into every part of his life to find a legal reason to bring charges against him.
As each strange and complicated plan fails, the NYDA moves on to a controversial idea in a series of investigations that are driven by politics.
Tacopina describes the wrongdoings of the prosecutors, which are a clear and unconstitutional attempts to use the NYDA as a weapon to prevent The former President from running again.
