Biden’s New Orders Backfire Completely

( While he was campaigning to save California Governor Gavin Newsom’s bacon, President Joe Biden claimed, without evidence, that there was overwhelming support for his unconstitutional vaccine mandates.

But according to the Trafalgar Group, one of the only polling outfits to accurately measure the 2016 and 2020 elections, 58.6 percent of likely voters do not believe that the President has the authority to force private businesses to require COVID vaccinations. Only 29.7 percent believe he does; another 11.7 percent are unsure.

Not surprisingly, 54.9 percent of Democrats believe the President does have the authority – which might explain why the CNN poll conducted on Monday showed 51 percent of respondents approved of the mandates. CNN polls are notorious for over-sampling Democrats.

But in reality, public opinion doesn’t matter. What matters is whether or not the dictate is constitutional. And in that regard, 27 states have already said that they would be challenging the president’s order in court.

Naturally, prominent Republicans both in office and out are coming out in opposition to the move.

On Sunday, former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie expressed his objections on ABC’s “This Week.”

Even that squishy RINO, Governor Asa Hutchinson of Arkansas released a statement calling the mandate an overreach of Federal authority.

Though nobody hit Biden nearly as hard as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis did last Friday.

In no time, Florida’s Attorney General, Ashley Moody, announced last week that her office will take “any and all action” to stop the President’s “unprecedented power grab.”

But it isn’t just Republican politicians punching back against Biden’s unconstitutional actions.

A prominent immunologist, Dr. Hooman Noorchashm, tweeted on Friday that he now regretted voting for Joe Biden. Calling Biden’s COVID speech “chest beating,” Noorchashm said it was the “one of the most destructive and divisive speeches” to come from a President who also claims to be “a well-reasoned uniter, acting on science.”

Returning from vacation on Monday, Tucker Carlson lit into Biden over his “irrational” vaccine mandates, pointed out that none of this is about COVID; it’s about power, dominance and submission.

If Biden thought that doubling down on COVID would help lift his cratering poll numbers, he is in for an unpleasant surprise.
