(PatrioticPost.com)- Extremist left-wing Democratic representatives are campaigning harder and harder to get their political opponents removed from Congress, even though they were legitimately elected by American voters.
Who, exactly, are meant to be the enemies of democracy here?
Over the last week. Rep. Cori Bush of Missouri proposed that the Democrats open up a new investigation into Republican members of Congress to determine whether or not they are responsible for “inciting” the January 6 riots in Washington, D.C.
But they don’t care one bit about the Democrats who literally encouraged and incited the deadly 2020 Black Lives Matter and Antifa riots, which caused almost $2 billion in damage?
These people are literally evil.
Cori Bush proposes using a section of the 14th Amendment that was created in response to the Civil War and blocks anybody from holding elected office if they have worked against the United States government. Bush thinks that by wrongly accusing Republicans of inciting an “insurrection,” she can get her opponents removed from office.
Incredible.
According to a report from Salon, Bush wants to pass a resolution that would “investigate and expel the members of Congress who helped incite the violent insurrection at our Capitol.” She is backed by some 54 other extremist Democrats, and is pushing the House Committee on Ethics to “investigate, and issue a report on, whether any and all actions taken by members of the 117th Congress who sought to overturn the 2020 presidential election violated their oath of office to uphold the Constitution.”
It’s also important to note that not a single member of the House or Senate argued in favor of illegitimately overturning the election. Republican legislators instead argued that evidence of fraud meant that some presidential electors were illegitimate…
But who cares about facts these days, right?
